Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against Cleaved-MMP-14 (Y112) and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
According to the manufacturer's product information, the immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of Human MMP-14. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Pro-MMP-14 (65 kDa) or Cleaved-MMP-14 (53 kDa) protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
