Anti-Cleaved-ITI-H1 (D672) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody (IgG isotype) targeting Cleaved-ITI-H1 (D672). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 650–700 of Human ITI-H1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the cleaved form, identifying a band at approximately 71 kDa. Reported molecular weight is ~71 and 101 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
