Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against Cleaved-Ephrin-A2 (N188) and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, with an IgG isotype.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 161-210 of Human Ephrin-A2. The antibody detects endogenous levels of the cleaved Ephrin-A2 protein, reported at approximately 21,24 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
