Anti-Cleaved-Caspase-9 (D353) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Caspase-9 and is designed to selectively detect the cleaved fragment of activated Caspase-9 generated by proteolysis adjacent to aspartate 353. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid format at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, ensuring low background and high specificity for endogenously cleaved Caspase-9 rather than the full-length zymogen.
