Anti-Cleaved-Caspase-6 p18 (D162) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the cleaved p18 fragment of Caspase-6 generated adjacent to aspartate 162 (D162), making it a useful probe for studying activation of the apoptotic caspase cascade. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of mouse Caspase-6 p18 and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. It is supplied at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is offered in a 50 µL pack size intended for research use only. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and the reagent is reactive against mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, allowing flexible downstream labelling in custom detection workflows.
