Anti-Cleaved-Caspase-4 p20 (Q81) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against Cleaved-Caspase-4 p20, specifically recognising the activated p20 fragment generated by proteolytic cleavage adjacent to Q81 of human Caspase-4. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human Caspase-4 p20, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific affinity chromatography to maximise target selectivity. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is unconjugated to allow flexible downstream labelling. The IgG polyclonal reagent is intended for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and shows reactivity with human samples, making it suitable for studies of inflammasome-related caspase activation.
