Anti-Cleaved-Caspase-3 p17 (D175) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Caspase-3 p17 and specifically recognizes the p17 fragment of activated Caspase-3 that is generated by cleavage adjacent to aspartate 175 (D175). The antibody is supplied as an affinity-purified, unconjugated preparation formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a protein concentration of 1 mg/ml, and is provided in a 50 µl volume.
