Anti-Cleaved-Caspase-1 (D210) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified, this polyclonal antibody specifically recognizes the p20 subunit of human caspase-1 generated by cleavage at aspartate 210 (D210), the catalytic fragment that appears only after inflammasome-driven activation. It does not detect full-length pro-caspase-1, which makes it a useful reagent for distinguishing the active enzyme from its inactive zymogen in studies of pyroptosis and IL-1β/IL-18 maturation.
