Anti-Cleaved-ADAM17 (R215) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Cleaved-ADAM17 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic peptide immunogen corresponding to amino acids 180–230 of Human Cleaved-ADAM17 and detects endogenous levels of the 67 kDa Cleaved-ADAM17 protein, with observed molecular weight bands at approximately 67 and 93 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
