Claudin-7 (CLDN7) is a tetraspan transmembrane protein of the claudin family that forms epithelial tight junctions and regulates paracellular permeability. The Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent raised against this target is unconjugated and validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence, supporting both fixed-section imaging and lysate-based detection from a single vial. Cross-reactivity with human, mouse, and rat CLDN7 orthologs allows comparative work across cultured cell panels, primary tissues, and rodent disease models that probe barrier dysfunction, mucosal integrity, and epithelial-mesenchymal alterations in tumor biology. The antibody is supplied as 100 µL of liquid antiserum intended for research use only.
