Anti-CLDN5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognises CLDN5 (Claudin 5). It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is intended for Western blot and immunofluorescence-based applications, including ICC/IF.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 119-218 of human CLDN5 (NP_001349995.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000-1:5,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
