Anti-CLDN18 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody targets Claudin18 (CLDN18). It has been validated for Western Blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supported by one scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 200–261 of human CLDN18 (NP_057453.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, following affinity purification. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa. For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is advised. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
