Anti-CLDN11 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CLDN11 (also referred to as Oligodendrocyte Specific Protein). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The antibody has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against human samples, with the manufacturer also indicating reactivity against mouse. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 26-207 of human CLDN11 (NP_005593.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
