Anti-CLCNKA Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CLCNKA and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human samples and was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human CLCNKA, enabling detection of endogenous levels of total CLCNKA protein.

Provided as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg2+ and Ca2+) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
