Anti-CLCN5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 637–816 of human CLCN5 (NP_001121370.1). The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been validated for use in Western blot with human and mouse samples at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody has been affinity-purified and recognises a target of approximately 100 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Immunofluorescence is additionally noted as a supported application, and the concentration is described as lot specific.
