Anti-CLCN4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the Chloride channel protein 4 (CLCN4), also known as ClC-4 or H(+)/Cl(-) exchange transporter 4, and detects endogenous levels of the total CLCN4 protein. It is supplied at 50 µl per vial with a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype, has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human CLCN4), and is validated for use in Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
