Anti-CLC-6 Antibody

Unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent targeting the voltage-gated chloride channel CLC-6, a late endosomal and lysosomal membrane protein belonging to the CLC (ClC) family of chloride channels and chloride/proton exchangers. CLC-6 is expressed predominantly in neuronal tissue, where it contributes to endolysosomal ion homeostasis, luminal acidification, and organellar chloride conductance. Loss-of-function mutations in CLCN6 have been linked to early-onset neurodegeneration, underscoring its biological relevance in neuroscience and lysosomal-storage research.
