Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Claudin-7 (P202). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171-220 of Human Claudin-7 and specifically detects endogenous levels of Claudin-7 protein. It has a molecular weight of ~ 23 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
