Anti-Claudin 7 (Ab-210) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a non-phosphopeptide region of human Claudin 7 flanking the tyrosine 210 phosphorylation site (S-K-E-Y(p)-V) and affinity-purified using the epitope-specific immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human and rat samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total Claudin 7 protein, with suggested working dilutions in the 1:500–1:3000 range for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC on paraffin-embedded sections, and representative data include WB of rat liver extracts and IHC of human prostate carcinoma tissue.
