Anti-Claudin-4 (P192) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Claudin-4 and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171-220 of the human Claudin-4 sequence (epitope P192). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of Claudin-4 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry (IF/ICC) applications. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
