Anti-Claudin 3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of total Claudin 3 in human samples. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. It is unconjugated, making it suitable for use with secondary-label detection chemistries, and it has been validated across a panel of standard applications including Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity is reported specifically for human tissue and cells, with the immunogen being a synthesised peptide derived from the human Claudin 3 sequence. For routine handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
