Anti-Claudin-3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets the C-terminal region of human Claudin-3, a tight-junction transmembrane protein widely used as an intercellular junction marker. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 50 µl per vial at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, formulated in PBS with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. It is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, allowing endogenous Claudin-3 levels to be detected across common laboratory species.
