From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Claudin-11 (S198). It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, supplied as an unconjugated reagent.
The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171-220 of human Claudin-11 as immunogen, and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of Claudin 11 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 24 kDa.
Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and supported by 1 scientific validation image.
