Anti-Claudin-10 (N217) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Claudin-10 (N217) and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). It is unconjugated and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with validated applications in WB, IHC and IF. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 185-230 of Human Claudin-10, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Claudin 10 protein. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 25 kDa.
