Anti-Claudin 10 Antibody

This Primary Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal raised against Claudin 10 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Claudin 10, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total Claudin 10 protein. It is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
