Anti-Claudin 1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody recognizes Claudin 1, a transmembrane tight junction protein that seals the paracellular space between adjacent epithelial cells. Claudin 1 is widely investigated in studies of epithelial and endothelial barrier integrity, hepatitis C virus entry, hepatocellular carcinoma progression, inflammatory bowel disease models, and atopic dermatitis, making the reagent broadly useful across cell biology, oncology, hepatology, and dermatology laboratories.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative and 50% glycerol to support freeze-thaw stability.
