Anti-CLASP2 Antibody [KT68] - Identical to Abcam (ab95373)

The Antibodies.com Anti-CLASP2 Antibody [KT68] is a rat monoclonal IgG2b reagent that recognizes cytoplasmic linker-associated protein 2 (CLASP2), a microtubule-associated protein involved in stabilizing microtubule plus-ends during mitosis, organizing Golgi ribbon architecture, and guiding neuronal axon outgrowth.

Supplied as 100 µg of unconjugated liquid antibody in a single vial, this clone is validated for western blot detection of CLASP2 in human cell lysates and for immunofluorescence staining of microtubule plus-end dynamics in cultured cells. Suggested working dilutions generally range from 1:500 to 1:1,000 for western blot with standard ECL chemiluminescence and around 1:100 to 1:200 for immunofluorescence on fixed preparations.
