Anti-CLASP1 Antibody

Manufactured and distributed by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is raised against CLASP1 (also known as CLIP-associating protein 1, Cytoplasmic linker-associated protein 1, hOrbit1, KIAA0622, MAST1, Multiple asters homolog 1, and Protein Orbit homolog 1) and is supplied in a 50 µl volume at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human CLASP1, allowing the antibody to detect endogenous levels of total CLASP1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with the active fraction being rabbit IgG. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
