Anti-CKR-5 (phospho-S349) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com detects endogenous levels of CKR-5 only when the protein is phosphorylated at Serine 349. The reagent was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CKR-5 around the Ser349 phosphorylation site.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody has an observed molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa.

It is unconjugated, validated for Western blotting, and reactive against human, mouse and rat samples.
