Anti-CKR-4 Antibody

Generated in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent recognizes CKR-4, also called CCR4, a G protein-coupled chemokine receptor expressed on subsets of helper T lymphocytes, regulatory T cells, and several hematological malignancy cell lines. The 100 µl antibody preparation is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows against human, mouse, and rat samples. Investigators studying Th2 cell trafficking, thymus homing, and ligand interactions along the TARC/MDC–CCR4 axis can pair the reagent with a compatible secondary antibody to profile chemokine receptor expression in cell lysates and tissue extracts.
