Anti-CKMT2 (W262) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CKMT2, generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 230-280 of human CKMT2.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of the CKMT2 protein. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Two scientific images are referenced in support of the antibody's validation.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.
