Anti-CKMT2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CKMT2, offered by Antibodies.com within their primary antibody range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 40–230 of human CKMT2 (NP_001816.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 40 kDa, and a recommended Western blot dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is given as lot specific.
