Anti-CKMT2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes CKMT2 (creatine kinase, mitochondrial 2), a mitochondrial isoform of creatine kinase that catalyzes the reversible transfer of a phosphate group between ATP and creatine. CKMT2 is highly expressed in tissues with intensive and fluctuating energy demands, including skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle, and other mitochondria-rich tissues, where it supports local phosphocreatine buffering and energy homeostasis at sites of high ATP turnover.
