Anti-CKAP5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against CKAP5 (also known as ch TOG), unconjugated and supplied as a liquid from Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1763–2032 of human CKAP5 (NP_001008938.1).

The reagent has been validated for Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and Immunoprecipitation, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 250 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:500–1:1,000.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
