Anti-CKAP4 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised against CKAP4 (cytoskeleton-associated protein 4). The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 130–400 of human CKAP4 (NP_006816.2). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, shipped at 4 °C, and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reported target molecular weight is 66 kDa.
