Anti-CISD2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CISD2 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The reagent has been validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen used for antibody generation is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 61-135 of human CISD2 (NP_001008389.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 15 kDa. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC. One scientific validation image is available.
