Anti-CISD1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MitoNEET (also known as CISD1) and is supplied as a liquid formulation.

The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 29–108 of human CISD1 (NP_060934.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 16 kDa.

Affinity-purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
