This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against CIRH1A (Cirhin) and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 497-686 of human CIRH1A and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 77 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration.

For Western Blot, the recommended working dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
