Anti-CIRBP Antibody

A polyclonal antibody preparation raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com for detection of CIRBP. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-172 of human CIRBP (NP_001271.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 18 kDa and the antibody is KO validated.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:100 and ICC/IF: 1:10–1:100. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
