Anti-CIDEA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to CIDEA is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG, raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–219 of human CIDEA. It is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration and a predicted molecular weight of 25 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), and ELISA, the antibody is recommended at 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC-P. It reacts with mouse and rat samples and is supported by four scientific validation images. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
