Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CIC and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, is of IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated in 1 mg/ml phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthetic peptide matching residues in Human CIC, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of CIC protein, with the target reported at a molecular weight of approximately 164 kDa.
