Anti-CIB1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CIB1 (also known as CIB1/KIP). The unconjugated IgG reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–191 of human CIB1 (NP_006375.2), is purified by affinity chromatography, and targets a protein of 22 kDa.

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot applications at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. Storage instructions are to ship at 4°C, then upon receipt aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Representative third-party Western blot data show detection in extracts of various cell lines using the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 25 µg of lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, and ECL Basic Kit detection with a 30 second exposure.
