Anti-CIAPIN1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the CIAPIN1 protein and is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is supplied unconjugated and reacts with both human and mouse samples.

Specificity has been confirmed against endogenous levels of CIAPIN1 protein, using an immunogen corresponding to recombinant full-length human CIAPIN1. The target, also referred to by the synonyms Anamorsin, Cytokine-induced apoptosis inhibitor 1 and Fe-S cluster assembly protein DRE2 homolog, has an expected molecular weight of approximately 34 kDa.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
