Anti-CIAO1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets CIAO1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The manufacturer validates the antibody for Western blotting at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000, with IHC also listed as a supported application. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples, and the reagent is supported by affinity purification and one scientific validation image. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–339 of human CIAO1 (NP_004795.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 38 kDa.
