CHUK (also known as IKKα) is a serine/threonine kinase that forms part of the IκB kinase complex responsible for canonical NF-κB signal transduction. This phospho-specific reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes CHUK only when threonine 23 is phosphorylated, enabling researchers to monitor activation-state changes of the kinase following cytokine stimulation, DNA damage, or other inflammatory cues. The rabbit polyclonal IgG is supplied as 50 µL of unconjugated antibody and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human, mouse, and rat samples. In Western blot, the reagent reveals the activated kinase as a discrete signal at the expected molecular weight, while in IHC it supports localization of phosphorylated CHUK within fixed tissue sections, making it useful for studies of inflammation, immune signaling, and cellular stress-response pathways.
