Anti-CHUK (phospho S180) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting CHUK (also referred to as IKK alpha) when phosphorylated at Ser180, supplied as a primary antibody by Antibodies.com. The reagent is provided as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, raised in Rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human and Mouse samples, the antibody was generated against a synthetic phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S180 of human IKKa (NP_001269.3). The modification of interest is phospho Ser180, and one scientific validation image is available for the WB application.

Recommended Western blot usage is between 1:500 and 1:2,000 dilution. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. The indicated molecular weight of the target is 100 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
