Anti-CHUK Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide of human CHUK (also known as IKK-alpha, IKK1, IKKA, IKBKA or NFKBIKA) and is affinity-purified using the immunogen to detect endogenous levels of the total CHUK protein. It is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is offered here in the 50 µL size. The host is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the isotype is IgG, making the antibody well-suited to a broad range of immunological assays. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunoprecipitation (IP), and the antibody has been tested for reactivity with human as well as mouse and rat samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
