Anti-CHUK Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against CHUK, also referred to as IKK alpha. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and supplied as a liquid. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP).

The immunogen was a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 600–700 of human IKKα (NP_001269.3). The native target has a molecular weight of 85 kDa. Following affinity purification, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The manufacturer's recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for each of IHC, ICC/IF and IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot-specific.
