Anti-CHTOP Antibody [KT59]

This Antibodies.com rat monoclonal antibody (clone KT59) targets CHTOP (Chromatin Target of PRMT1), a nuclear protein involved in snRNP biogenesis, 5' cap formation of small nuclear RNAs, and transcriptional regulation at active chromatin loci. Supplied as 100 µg of purified IgG2a in liquid format, the unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunohistochemistry on mouse samples. For handling, store the vial at 4 °C for short-term use or aliquot and freeze at -20 °C for long-term stability; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. The KT59 clone is a useful reagent for immunoprecipitating CHTOP-containing ribonucleoprotein complexes and for probing its functional interactions with PRMT1, NUDT21, and other chromatin regulators.
