Anti-CHSY2 (R671) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is raised against CHSY2 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 640–690 of human CHSY2, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of CHSY2 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The CHSY2 target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 85 kDa.
